We gather all crucial intelligence around your business and your competitive landscape — strengths, blind spots, market conventions, white space. We present our findings, you give feedback, we refine.

Week 3Phase 1
Consumer & Culture

We dive into your audience's psychology and the cultural forces shaping your space. We present both dossiers, you review and give feedback — same collaborative rhythm as before.

Week 4Bridge
4C Synthesis

We condense all four dossiers into one strategic brief — cross-cutting patterns, strategic territories, and hypotheses. This is internal work: connecting the dots and preparing the ground for brand strategy.

Week 5Phase 2
Brand Strategy

We come back together. We present 2–3 strategic territory routes — each with a complete brand strategy across all dimensions. You experience different directions for your brand and share your first reactions.

Landing Page Mockups

The most relevant territories come to life as customer-facing landing page mock-ups. You see your brand talking to your audience. We test, validate, and conclude on the winning territory together. Brand Playbook delivered.

Week 7+Phase 3
Brand Identity

Visual and sonic identity development begins — logo, brand assets, colour, typography, imagery. Scope and timeline depend on deliverables and whether we involve a designer. Collaborative throughout.
